Patrick started playing soccer in Germany at the age of 5 and continued to play competitively until his early 30s. As an adult player, he played at a regional level in Germany, comparable to the D1 collegiate level or semi-professional leagues in the United States. During his transition from youth to adult soccer, Patrick also served as a coach for his hometown club's U8 team for two years.

In 2023, Patrick joined OUFC and has since earned grassroots coaching licenses. He fully embraces OUFC's philosophy and considers it a seamless extension of his European soccer background. Patrick believes in the club's player-centric approach and is committed to fostering continuity across the club's various age groups and geographic locations.
